The commercial complex features a covered plaza with pillars that extend like a tree-lined strip supporting the two glazed upper floors. These contain large retail spaces, crossed by the access system to the two towers. The two towers share the same architectural layout but have different finishes—white metal casings and clear glass for the residence complex, and gold metal casings and tinted glass for the hotel complex.
