Masterplan for the construction of a mixed-use complex within the Forte Baldissera area – Asmara.
The large complex includes several blocks with various uses (residential, office, commercial, and hospitality) spread across the site. The site features a varied elevation, unified by a porticoed platform that bridges the existing gradient. The architectural style combines the local architectural tradition with a simplified modernist approach.
