The project addresses the hotly debated topic of a new construction project within the historic center. This contemporary approach culminates in a six-story building with modern, bold, and sinuous lines, clearly distinguishing itself from the existing building fabric and the adjacent medieval hospital, which is planned for restoration and repurposing with the addition of a charming hotel.
