The restoration project stemmed from the desire to preserve and enhance the original architectural identity conceived by Luigi Vietti, maintaining intact its compositional principles, its relationship with the landscape, and the material quality of the spaces.

The project was developed in keeping with the architect's design philosophy, founded on the balance between modernity and tradition, harmonious integration with the natural context, and the use of authentic materials capable of interacting with the landscape. Vietti interpreted architecture as a living, spontaneous organism deeply rooted in its setting, avoiding any extraneous or self-referential gesture.
