The Ipouffici project for the new GF Group S.p.A. headquarters in Albenga aims to offer a sustainable architectural project that respects the local landscape.

The presence of the Torre Pernice—a medieval monument protected by the Ligurian Territorial Landscape Coordination Plan—imposed height restrictions, leading to the innovative solution of partially underground construction.

The complex is structured around an internal courtyard, which is the only one visible at ground level and provides natural light to the workspaces spread across approximately 3,000 square meters. This layout promotes energy savings, reduces visual impact, and enhances internal livability thanks to light, the microclimate, and the integration of greenery. The formal choices, with aluminum cladding, large high-performance windows, and movable solar shading, underscore the focus on environmental comfort and functional modernity.
